These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and [YOUR COMPANY NAME], a company registered in England and Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], with its registered office at [YOUR UK REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us", "our"), regarding your access to and use of the website, digital guide and member area collectively known as "The Itch Loop" (the "Service").

By purchasing or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to purchase the Service. The Service is intended for dog owners residing in the United Kingdom and is provided in English.

2. The product

The Itch Loop Escape Plan is a one-time digital purchase. It gives you lifetime access (subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the platform) to the member hub, the 21-day tracker, the protocols, the shopping list, the trigger audit and any downloadable materials included.

3. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share your login, or use the content to train any machine-learning model. All content remains our intellectual property.

4. Account and login

Access uses passwordless sign-in (email magic link or Google). You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. One account is for one household. We may suspend accounts showing signs of sharing or abuse.

5. Price and payment

The price is shown on the sales page in GBP and includes any applicable UK VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Once payment is confirmed your account is activated immediately.

6. 180-day "Peaceful Paws" Guarantee

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@theitchloop.co.uk from the email you used to purchase, within 180 days of purchase, and we will refund the amount you paid to your original payment method within 7 working days. 7. No veterinary advice

The Service is for educational and lifestyle purposes only. It is not veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. You must always consult a registered MRCVS vet about your dog's health, and seek immediate veterinary attention if your dog is in pain, bleeding, has open wounds, severe swelling, or any sign of an allergic reaction. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or any harm to an animal caused by failure to seek veterinary care. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or change the Service at any time.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, share your account, attempt to scrape or republish content, or initiate a chargeback outside of our refund process.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
